Types of Meetings
General Meeting
- General meeting is held by the entire council members and makes final decisions on proceedings.
- Quorum : At least one-third of the members must be present to hold a meeting.
- Voting : Except under special circumstances, decisions are made by a majority of the councillors present at the meeting voting in favour.
Committees
Standing Committees : Reviews agendas before the general meeting and reports the review and processing results at the general meeting.

Special Committees : Held by the decision of the general meeting. Reviews and processes special agendas temporarily.
